"We are remodeling our home. One aspect to consider was our old turquoise bathtub. My wife wanted the tub to be white, so she contacted Surface Specialists of Denver and talked to April & set up an appointment for our work. 03 July, 2014 Nicholas arrived precisely when she said he would. He was clean, courteous, friendly, respectful & very knowledgable. He removed his shoes when he entered our home. He inspected the bathroom & then explained in detail the process that was required to complete our project. He was very patient & answered all our inquiries. He completed the project in a timely manner, as he had promised. He showed me the finished product & frankly, I was shocked. The tub looked literally brand new. He left the bathroom & house clean & without a trace that he was ever there, with the exception of the new looking bathtub. I thanked him & he looked me in the eye as he extended his hand. We shook hands & off he went. I remember thinking how fortunate we were to find such a professional outgoing young man. At that time, I had no idea he was the owner of the business. Fast forward to 20 January, 2015. We noticed some nicks in the finish on the bath tub, so we again called Nick. Once again, he arrived precisely when he promised he would. Again he looked me in the eye & extended he hand & again he removed his shoes when we entered our home to inspect the damage. He immediately accessed the situaiton, completed the repairs & showed me the results. I couldn’t even recognize the damaged areas, even though I knew precisely where they were. The damage was caused by the shower curtain rod falling on the tub, which he had previously determined. However, Nick refused to charge me for the work & said that these things happen. I inquired how his boss would feel about his free labor. It was at that point that Nick informed me that he was the boss & he calls the shots. He continued that he was a strong believer in karma & that what goes around comes around. I feel the same way & I’m also a small business owner, so felt like I had an inkling into his business model as well as his personal makeup. I also make things right for my clients, regarless of the situation. We visited for a while longer then, with a smile on his face & a bounce in his step, he was off. I’ll keep Nicks’ contact information on file. I will without reservation contact Nick for his expertise throughout our remodel project. I would also highly recommend Nick to anyone whom is in need of his services."

"My husband and I moved to Colorado a couple of years ago. We bought a lovely condo, in Loveland, but unfortunately it still had some of the motif from the 1970's. We really hated our counter tops, and being on a fixed income we could not afford new ones.
